A real organization
A company, foundation or project with its own website. Not a single repo, a personal page, or a reseller.

“Open” in the official name, or public source
We read the name from the company's own brand record, not from the form. Otherwise the company must own a public repository under an OSI-approved or source-available license (BUSL, FSL, Elastic, SSPL...).

Plain, factual taglines
We write a short line about what the company makes. No marketing words, no superlatives. You can't edit it here; reviewers can.
